Reverse Paralysis

Reverse Paralysis

Reverse Paralysis is a new technology which involves planting a chip into the injury site and bypassing the signal normally given by the spinal cord. This allows the patient to move as if the injury had never taken place. This will hopefully be available to those who are paralyzed in the next 10-15 years. To learn more about this CLICK HERE.

This process was invented in France by Grégoire Courtine, a neuroscientis who first worked on this process by temporarily paralyzing two Rhesus monkeys and implanting a chip to bypass their injuries. This has led to further development and they hope to soon make enough progress to use this new technology on human patients in the near future. There are many other scientists and physiologists who claim to have alternate solutions to this including a man named Reggie Edgerton who has worked for over 4 decades to prove that the spinal cord may be jolted back to life and does not require a bypass as used by Courtine and his team. He has worked with over a dozen paralyzed men and women and has had much sucess. To learn more click here CLICK HERE.
